I haven’t seen this site around so I don’t think they have been around for very long. If it wasn’t for this review I would never have bothered to order from them because at this point I can smell a fraud a mile away. The only reason I am reviewing this website is because a reader emailed me regarding them, saying that they had contacted HqReplicasBag.com and asked for more pictures – what arrived were images with the watermark for another website! I ordered a Louis Vuitton Pouchette –The item that arrived 3 weeks later was a disaster. You can see from the image below it arrived dirty and the print on it is blurry and faded. The ‘leather’ (If it even is leather) is already brown (guess it won’t be changing over time) and the brass hardware is tarnished.




What’s worse this is the bag I ordered.

Well, if anyone had answered the line I would have been happy to ask those questions. No response. No answering service, just a ringing line. I tried the live chat nobody home. What’s a girl to do? I don’t even think I will try to return this Pouchette it’s not like they will return my money anyway. Plus there seems to be a complex set fees involved in returning an item. I will just give it to my daughter for her dress up kit and file a chargeback with the bank. I will keep trying to contact them though to be fair before filing any complaint with my bank.

As though we didn’t already have enough warning signs, the Privacy Policy page has only one line of text: “Put here your Privacy Notice information.”

Shipping and Delivery

It took 3 weeks for me to receive my package and I only got a tracking number after 10 days and a lot of complaining. Frankly I was surprised they sent me anything at all.

Site Usability and Design

I really start to worry when the first thing I read under a retailer’s banner is this:
“What is Lorem Ipsum? Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry.” Oh boy. The only conceivable reason to have that at the head of every page is if you’ve been fielding confused emails from customers, asking why the description of the cute Louis Vuitton replica reads ‘Lorem Ipsum’ over and over again. That is the filler text you use before a site goes live, not while people are browsing it looking for information. The website as a whole is sloppy and hard to read, with contrasting fonts and colours working against the sheer amount of information slapped up. No good, HqReplicasBag.

My Humble Conclusion

Avoid this company and consider the many lessons learned. Keep your eyes peeled for stolen images, dummy text equals dummy company, difficulty contacting customer service before you buy means even more difficulty after you buy.
