Myhandbagcity.com is another one of those sites out there that has been around for some time and comes in a variety of names. They shamelessly ship poor quality products for the price of top quality replica. I would hate to see any of my friends and fellow replica shoppers be duped by them. It would be great if everyone who comes across one of their sites post the domain name in the comments so we can all be informed. Below is my in depth review of this site.

Quality:

I ordered one of their Louis Vuitton handbags since LV is my favourite. I selected the Mahina bag in black. It arrived with many glaring flaws. They texture is kind of plastic and the colour is off. I have been messing with the buckles for hours and I can’t make it look rounded like it should. The real Mehina bag has a brown interior this one has a black. Plus it does not have LV’s on it … or if it does it is so faded you can’t really see it. Some times when I look at it in the light I think I can see something but then a shadow falls on it and it disappears. There was no dustbag included that really is the most important of the extras in my book since I will need to put this bag in storage. This might be an okay replica if it was really cheap but actually it was pretty expensive so I have got to take a point off.

Selection:

They have an extensive selection at Myhandbagcity.com, so I won’t be knocking a point off here. Although it is clearly an indication that they are not selective about the quality of their products.

Shipping:

A point is granted here, as my purse arrived within 12 days of purchase date – a perfectly agreeable amount of time to wait for a new replica item.

Return Policy:

I am planning to return this item so I will be able to tell you better soon but the return policy looks pretty standard. I hate it when they use broken English like that though. How hard is to find someone who can write in English?

Site usability:

I am definitely subtracting a point here, the moment I began to browse I realized I was in for some hard work. The designers are grouped in main categories with no subheadings. This means that when I click on Louis Vuitton handbags, I get 767 bags and absolutely no way to sort through them. Plus, just to complicate things, they don’t use the original names of the bags so there’s no way to search. I slogged through about 200 Louis Vuitton handbags to before I found the purse I wanted to see. Who has the time for that?

Original Images:

It is pretty unclear here. I have definitely caught them stealing images from my favourite site http://www.replicavalley.com but some of the images are so bad that it can only be their own. Or maybe they just have absolutely no idea about quality so they don’t mind stealing bad images too.

Service:

I generally prefer the ‘live chat’ option on replica websites, just because it is easier to type out my question while I’m looking at the actual page, than it is to call-Plus its free. Unfortunately for Myhandbagcity, there is no live chat option. There is also no one there when I ring their dedicated customer service line. How frustrating!

Overall impression:

This is a cheap website. Nobody put any effort into quality of the merchandise or quality of the website. It is impossible to navigate and when the product arrives it is substandard at best. To top it all off it is expensive! I mean you would expect this kind of thing from a cheap site but not from a site with these kind of prices. Wish me luck with my return!
